Jill Palmquist represents Life Time, a Minnesota-based brand that has redefined the fitness industry. What began as a vision almost 35 years ago today has over 1.5 million members, +175 athletic country club locations, a robustly reimagined digital app, coworking spaces, and luxury apartments. 

Jill first started over 20 years ago as a consultant and copywriter. As she began to understand the impact the company had on people’s lives, she went all in, evolving from freelance to full-time lady leader. 

Today, she helps people live healthy, happy lives as writer and strategist. She believes Life Time is a company with heart and soul- her role is to bear witness to the effect it has on people and the planet. 

As author of In This Lifetime, a coffee table book that shows, and celebrates what the brand does, her goal is to engage in deeper conversations about the magic and beauty of life…the brevity of time…and then offer a few suggestions on how to make the most of this amazing human experience.
